A floor plan is one of those small things that set you apart from your competition. Many of these small things add up to a large difference. And that large difference is felt during slow season. I have recommended these hand-drawn floor plans since 2018.
Process:
- After your order you will receive further instructions on how to get in touch with my illustrator/architect directly.
- Send them your Airbnb listing url (example: www.airbnb.com/rooms/38759479)
- They maybe ask you some questions before making an initial simple sketch for you to confirm
- They will send you the final file for you to upload to your Airbnb
A floor plan is essential for all entire homes. It helps set expectations. Remember, mismanaged expectations result in negative reviews.
Share and private rooms can benefit, but it’s not essential.
Upload this photo between your 6th and 10th photo. In some instances, it can be used as a cover photo.
